IELTS TEST


IELTS is an abbreviation for the International English Language Testing System and it is the most popular international standardized test of reading comprehension and analytical writing skills. While the IELTS general test measures English language proficiency of adults, the IELTS Academic test measures the proficiency of students who take the exam for higher learning.




The IELTS Academic test measures academic skills that enable students to advance in their studies. However, the IELTS academic test is a requirement for admission into some degree programs. IELTS General test requires students to write essays on academic subjects, solve math problems, and understand various kinds of texts.
