How do I set an effective routine for IELTS preparation?

IELTS, An International English Language Testing System, exam is basically for the aspirants, who are willing to move abroad for several reasons, either for studies or migration. Before appearing in this test, one needs to do practice on a regular basis to clear all the basic concepts of all the four modules and to do so, an effective routine is must be set. To do so, I follow certain guidelines which help me to set effective routine:

1.       First of all, I try to get familiar with different category of questions I will get in exam, then I divide my time to spend on each module, so that I can get command on each and every section. After that, recommended set of books should be followed for the practice, so that I can attempt at least one full test a day, but sometimes when I start attempting the test, some questions seem very difficult to attempt, in that case, I usually prefer to do practice on particular questions which seem to be quite difficult for me to attempt.

2.       Next, I do work on the time also, because time management is the key factor, so I try to finish my task at least 5 minutes before the allotted time, this helps me a lot to increase my speed to find out the answers.

3.       I do not skip any of the modules while practicing on a daily basis, which helps me to analyze my daily report and performance.

4.       For the speaking, I prefer to record my cue cards in mobile and after speaking the cue card, I often listen the recording, so that I can come to know about my weak areas, this way I learn many new things daily.

5.       I prefer to attempt at least one essay and image daily to improve my writing skills. Also, I try to learn new vocab words from the English newspaper and use those words while writing an essay. This helps me a lot to improve my vocabulary and in turn my writing improves.
Also, I spend at least five minutes to make the keywords before starting the task, this helps me to make an effective answer.

So, to get the desired scores in the IELTS exam, we need to set an effective routine, which should contain the practice of all the sections and certain ways to improve our weak areas.
